Aerotek General Laborer in North Haven, Connecticut
Hiring Now: General Laborers & Technicians
Location: North Haven, CT
Pay: $20–$24/hr (based on experience)
Start Date: March 16
1st Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
2nd Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
We’re adding General Laborers and Technicians to support operations on our robotics floor. This work includes material handling, cleaning, assembling metal safety fencing, and using a variety of tools in a fast‑paced environment.
? Responsibilities
Clean work areas and remove floor tape
Move, stage, and organize inventory
Install metal safety fencing and assemble metal frames
Drill into concrete and use hand/power tools
Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Work in a loud, fast‑moving warehouse
? Required Skills
Experience with physical or labor‑intensive work
Ability to read a tape measure and handle basic production tasks
Comfort using drills, impact drivers, hammers, and other tools
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
➕ Preferred Background
Mechanical assembly or electrical experience
Ability to read simple schematics
Construction, carpentry, or industrial repair skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
