Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with lawn maintenance, landscaping, and plant care
- Support installation work, including:
- Irrigation and drainage components
- Hardscaping and paver projects
- Artificial turf installation
- Perform general labor tasks such as:
- Pressure washing
- Tree trimming assistance and debris cleanup
- Site preparation, digging, hauling, and material handling
- Operate basic landscape tools and equipment safely
- Follow instructions from the Crew Leader/Foreman to complete tasks on time
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Represent the company with professionalism when on client properties
- Adhere to all company policies and safety standards
