-Account Manager:
Location:Sarasota/Venice Reports To:Maintenance Branch Manager
- DL of Florida at least 2 years of experience.
Account Managerroleis responsible forbuilding andmaintainingstrong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance services, andidentifyingopportunities to grow accounts and relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned maintenance clients.
Handle client/homeownerconcernsprofessionally and
Managedaily client communication,phone calls, texts, emails,site visits, and quality inspections.
Coordinate withProduction Managersto ensure contract specifications and client expectations are met, while ensuring Portal schedules are prompt andaccurate.
Identifyopportunities to increase customer satisfactionthroughenhancements, seasonal color,palm trimming/careand irrigation services.
Directing/Monitoring all hired contractors to ensure proper job and completion of is to company standards.
Monitoringmonthly house counts,active proposals, and billing accuracy.
Conducting weekly safety meetings
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
