Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - North Easton, Massachusetts
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional care to our residents. Southeast is a 171-bed skilled nursing facility. Hourly rate up to $40 with weekly pay.
Job Summary:
As a PTA, you will assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will also participate in clinical program development and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the provision of direct patient treatments in accordance with an established plan of care
Contribute to the team meeting and decision-making process
Consult with patients, residents, and caregivers
Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis
Document activities according to our clinical documentation system
Participate in clinical program development and implementation
Demonstrate continuous new learning to remain current in the field
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
CEU's per state licensure requirements
Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required
Prior clinical experience preferred but not required
Newly licensed therapists welcome!
