What’s a typical day as Recruiting Coordinator? You’ll be:
Supporting recruiters with all tactical recruitment process steps, including scheduling interviews, arranging candidate travel and accommodations, and expense reimbursement processing.
Managing data entry and candidate workflow tasks in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and timeliness.
Arranging domestic and international travel, accommodations, and candidate expense reimbursements.
Sending interview evaluation forms, updating schedules, ensuring all communications are clear and timely, and providing continuous status updates to recruiters and hiring managers.
Ensuring compliance with all federal hiring mandates and managing pre-employment screening processes through completion.
Interacting daily with candidates, hiring managers, administrative staff, and providing exceptional customer service.
Assisting with hiring events, coordinating event logistics, travel, meals, and leading debrief sessions.
Personally escorting high-level candidates to ensure a world-class interview experience.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Possess a bachelor’s degree (required); degree in Human Resources is preferred.
Have at least 2 years of staffing coordination or HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
Have exceptional written and oral communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and customer service orientation.
Demonstrate strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Are proficient in databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
Thrive in high-volume environments and excel at managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
