Sales Focus Inc. Inside Sales Representative in North Charleston, South Carolina

Target Earnings: $55K - $100K + (Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions)

The Role

We are hiring motivated Inside Sales Representatives to support a variety of client programs across industries such as technology, energy, healthcare, and business services.

This is a high-impact, sales role focused on engaging prospects, generating qualified opportunities, and driving revenue growth. If you are competitive, coachable, and results-driven, this role offers strong earning potential and career advancement.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers

  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs

  • Schedule appointments or close sales based on campaign structure

  • Deliver a clear and compelling value proposition

  • Handle objections and navigate conversations with decision-makers

  • Accurately track activity and pipeline in CRM systems

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required

    Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time W-2 position

  • Base salary + uncapped commission

  • On-target earnings typically range from $50,000–$85,000

    • Paid training and ongoing sales development
