ManpowerGroup General Laborer / Production Associate in North Charleston, South Carolina
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Laborer / Production Associate to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the production department, you will support various operational tasks that contribute to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the team and help drive continuous improvement.
Job Title: General Laborer / Production Associate
Location: North Charleston, SC
Pay Range:
Shift: Second Shift, 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday
What's the Job?
Ensure work areas are clean and free of debris and scrap material, placing waste in proper receptacles
Assist with general production labor needs such as grinding or deburring parts
Place and organize punch parts onto pallets for efficient workflow
Move materials using pallet jacks and forklifts to designated work areas
Perform other duties as assigned to support team productivity
Maintain awareness of and comply with environmental and safety policies and regulations

Ability to work in a physically active environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Basic understanding of safety procedures and environmental policies
