Role Summary

The Senior Manager of Patient Financing and Promotions leads the development, execution, and optimization of patient financing offers and promotional programs. This role combines strong analytical rigor with active relationship management of third-party financing partners to maximize patient conversion and access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead patient financing strategy, including partner selection, relationship management, offer design, and tiering across financing providers.

  • Partner directly with third-party financing vendors to develop, test, and optimize financing offers that improve approval rates, affordability, and treatment acceptance.

  • Design and manage promotional programs using test-and-learn methodologies to measure impact on conversion, revenue, and patient access.

  • Own analytical frameworks and KPIs for financing and promotions, ensuring consistent measurement and performance reporting.

  • Analyze financing and promotion performance to optimize approval rates, conversion, average ticket, and profitability.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for financing partners, leading performance reviews, issue resolution, and roadmap alignment.

  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and practice leadership to translate insights into execution-ready changes.

  • Ensure governance, compliance, and operational readiness across all financing and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6–9 years of experience in patient financing, pricing, promotions, analytics, or related commercial roles.

  • Strong analytical skill set with experience evaluating performance, building business cases, and optimizing offers.

  • Direct experience managing and influencing third-party vendors or financial partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives end-to-end without large teams.

  • Experience operating in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SQL, BI tools, or financial modeling preferred.
