We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team and support prescription processing during the 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm) on a full-time basis. This role is primarily seated and computer-based, focusing on accurate data entry and providing professional customer service.
Responsibilities
Enter and review prescription information accurately in the pharmacy system.
Support pharmacists with prescription processing and administrative tasks.
Provide courteous, professional customer service via phone and computer systems.
Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with team members to support daily workflow.
Essential Skills
Pharmacy technician experience preferred.
Registered (or eligible for registration) per state requirements.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable working at a desk and computer for most of the shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Registered or Trainee Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
Ability to register as a trainee upon offer, which takes 24 hours to register and must be completed before starting.
Work Environment
This position is located in a long-term care closed-door pharmacy with a 2nd shift schedule from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Training will be provided from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm for approximately 90 days. The role requires working every other Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a $3 shift differential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Canton, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
