ManpowerGroup Pharmacy Claims & Benefits ( Remote) in North Canton, Ohio

Our client, a leading organization in healthcare support services, is seeking Pharmacy Claims & Benefits Techs to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Claims Processing Department supporting healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Pharmacy Claims & Benefits (Remote)

Location: Must reside within 45 miles of North Canton, OH (For hybrid flexibility, 1-2 days if needed )

Pay: $20.50

Shift: 11:30 am - 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays (9am - 5pm) and overtime as required

What's the Job?

  • Verify insurance eligibility and process prescriptions using current insurance data and requirements

  • Place outbound calls to providers, insurers, and patients to clarify prescription or billing issues

  • Coordinate adjudication support with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) services

  • Maintain detailed records of all correspondence, complaints, and actions taken

  • Support training and process updates for team members and assist internal departments as needed

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma required

  • Current Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) & Registered Pharmacy Technician with applicable State Board

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting (retail, mail order, specialty pharmacy, PBM, pharmaceutical, or managed care environment preferred)

  • Experience with claims adjudication, secondary billing, discount cards, and Medicaid preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-related software
