Averro LLC Warehouse Associate in North Bend, Washington
EMPLOYEMENT TYPE: 6 month Contract-To-Hire
JOB SITE: North Bend, WA
PAY RATE RANGE: $22- $23.79
SHIFT: Day Shift, 8:30am -- 5pm M-F

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Materials Distribution Specialists to join a major manufacturing company in North Bend, WA to receive materials into the warehouse, pick customer orders and pack materials for shipment. This position may also perform Inventory Control responsibilities to resolve parts discrepancies. May fill work orders for kits to be built in warehouse assembly area and job tasks will be completed in warehouse environment.
· Follow orders pick list to picking parts from various stock locations in warehouse, including customer and assembly orders.
· Deliver to shipping area for packing and shipment.
· May release customer orders from AS400 for picking.
· Items can be retrieved by hand, or using a hand truck or forklift.
· Pack parts in appropriate container for shipping.
· Works in woodshop building pallets and boxes.
· Review part/item requests. Identify parts/items that need to be shipped.
· Gather the appropriate part(s)/items(s) from the warehouse, or a specific shop in the plant.
· Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers.
· Inserts items into containers, using spacers, fillers, and protective padding.
· Nails covers on wooden crates and binds containers with metal tape, using strapping (banding) machine.
· Package the part(s)/items(s) for shipping.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
· 1 year of shipping and receiving and inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment
· Ability to lift 35+ pounds and work on your feet
