Bigg Daddy\'s is seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our team! The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food quickly and consistently, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring every menu item meets our standards. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items, including sandwiches, cheesesteaks, salads, appetizers, and sides. - Operate grill, flat top, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently - Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards - Work closely with the cashier/front-of-house team to ensure accurate and timely orders - Restock ingredients and supplies as needed during shifts - Assist with food preparation - Handle multiple orders at once in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: - 2-3 years of previous Line Cook experience - Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality - Strong attention to detail and consistency - Good communication and teamwork skills - Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced kitchen - Flexible availability
