Position Details
Assignment: 13-week contract with strong potential to extend
Setting: Group Home
Schedule: Full-time & part-time, all shifts available
Pay: $20/hour
? What You’ll Do
As a Direct Care Professional, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities in a warm, community-based group home environment. Your work helps residents build independence, confidence, and daily living skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Building rapport and supporting personal growth
Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
Maintaining a safe, supportive home environment
Implementing and documenting individualized teaching plans
What You Need
18 years of age or older
Reliable transportation
HS Diploma/GED or 1 year of related experience
