Bigg Daddy\'s is seeking a friendly, reliable, and fast-paced Cashier to join our team! The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front-of-house experience. Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately - Operate the cash register/POS system and process cash or credit card payments - Answer the phone to take to-go orders and answer customer questions - Answer customer questions about menu items - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner - Restock front-of-house items and maintain a clean and organized workspace - Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly Qualifications: - Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills and attention to detail - Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented - Flexible availability
