Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused On-Call Leasing Consultant / Resident Assistant to support our residential community during peak traffic times, staff absences, and special events. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service, supporting leasing efforts, and assisting residents with day-to-day needs.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Marketing Support
Greet and tour prospective residents
Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries
Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork
Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features
Assist with outreach marketing efforts and resident events
Resident Relations & Administrative Support
Provide exceptional customer service to current residents
Assist with food deliveries to resident rooms
Monitor the phone and call system for the residents requiring immediate assistance
Assist in resident functions as requested
Collection and removal of trash as directed
Assist with move-ins and move-outs
Help coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups
Support rent collection processes and general office duties
Maintain accurate records in property management software
Operational Support
Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean and presentable
Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Follow Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
Previous leasing, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
Ability to work flexible, on-call hours including evenings/weekends
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
