Staff SAP ABAP Developers with Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies, LLC in Normal, IL. Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom SAP solutions to support sales and service business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop robust and scalable solutions. Provide technical support to resolve high-priority production incidents and partner with AMS teams to conduct RCA on recurring incidents and implement permanent solutions. Operate in an agile environment, manage technical deliverables of the developers working across time-zones to ensure on-time and quality deliverables. Establish frameworks, accelerators, design patterns, and procedures to improve team velocity and ensure uniform and quality outcomes. Adopt latest ABAP programming models and future SAP direction such as RAP, clean-core, and SAP BTP ABAP. Partner with the functional teams to provide high-level technical design on complex projects and breakdown into manageable tasks for effective planning and prioritization. Perform prior process and technical expertise to design solutions to seamlessly onboard new products and markets.
RQMTS: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience in any occupation as an application developer, systems analyst, or related. Experience must include working with development of SAP (Systems, Applications and Products), SAP SRM, SAP SCM, SAP CRM, Webdynpro, Workflows and MDG (Master data Governance) in ABAP technology; SAP implementation, Support, Upgrade for different clients; develop SAP Custom applications and Enhanced standard applications using SAP advanced business application programming in R3, CRM, SRM, and SCM; develop WEB UI applications using ABAP Webdynpro & SAP Business Server Pages; work on both Application Control, process Controlled Workflows in SAP; create custom fields in WEBUI in CRM and SRM; work on performance tuning in SAP R/3 programs, SAP CRM and SAP SRM; monitor and debug
BDocs for the data flowing between SAP CRM to SAP R/3 and vice versa; and create batch program to update transactional data in all SAP CRM Sales module transactions. Salary Range: \$121,000- \$172,000/yr.
