Sr. Business Intelligence Analysts with Rivian Automotive, LLC in Normal, IL. Responsible to work alongside Rivians business partners to prepare comprehensive action plans to support business objectives. Extract, validate, analyze, and visualize data to forecast, build scenarios, and share actionable insights with decision-makers. Work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Create metrics against Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to align cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts and build consensus among stakeholders with varying perspectives and goals. Analyze complex business problems with data pulled from multiple sources. Responsible to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies and cost savings and leading the development and coordination efforts to support business needs. Assess and determine the success of initiatives including resources and timelines. Develop scenarios, forecasts, potential risks and advise on best strategic path and translate technical concepts into daily operations and leadership level communications. Provide insight to decision-makers to support strategic and tactical objectives and write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better results and create ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders to support strategic and tactical initiatives. Develop, manage, maintain, and ensure reliability, and accuracy of data. Analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve data, collection, or processes, and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes. Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to team members and other stakeholders to understand issues and solutions. Support training, coaching and development of junior analyst skills and coordinate multiple teams to achieve goals and targets.\ \ RQMTS: Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related field. Must have experience or academic training with data visualization tools Tableau, Python, and Power BI; data analysis and reporting; utilizing Excel VBA, Power Query, and SQL; supporting dashboard design and development; and knowledge of automotive manufacturing, global supply chain and logistics. Salary Range: \$112,000-\$131,000/yr.
