About the Role\ Youll support children birth through age 18 in Early Intervention, clinic-based therapy, or a blend of both. Youll collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team and may supervise SLP Assistants and fieldwork students.\ \ What Youll Do
- Carry a pediatric caseload (birth18)
- Conduct evaluations and ongoing assessments of speech, language, communication, feeding/swallowing, and social-pragmatic skills
- Develop and update treatment plans and documentation
- Partner with therapists across multiple disciplines
- Supervise SLP Assistants and interns
What You Bring
- Masters or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP certification
- Illinois SLP license (or license-eligible)
- Early Intervention credential preferred, or willingness to train
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Valid Illinois drivers license & insurance
