Overview
Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join our established Otolaryngology practice at our location in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
Must have completed training at an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency program
Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology, Rhinology, or Laryngology is desirable but not required
Must have skills and interest in comprehensive Otolaryngology
Busy, established practice with a large referral base
Large, state-of-the-art facility with opportunity to grow practice
Join a system with a team that includes 7 Otolaryngologists
System currently offers subspecialty Adult and Pediatric Otology/Neurotology, Head/Neck Oncology, Microvascular Reconstruction, and Rhinology services
Onsite team includes two BC Otolaryngologists, two Advanced Practice Providers, and two in-clinic Adult Audiologists
Enjoy comprehensive breadth of cases with patients of all ages
Well established hospitalist program
Majority of surgeries will be done at Carle BroMenn Medical Center, a 200-bed Magnet-designated hospital
Some surgeries will be done at The Center for Outpatient Medicine, an AAAHC-accredited surgery center with state-of-the-art equipment
Opportunities for involvement in the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering that was created as a partnership between Carle Health and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $500,000 - $550,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
