Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator
Job Description
Work as a Heavy Equipment Operator with a flexible schedule from Friday to Monday, encompassing 12-hour shifts from 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am. Operate various types of heavy construction equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth, erect structures, or pour concrete or other hard surface pavement. Responsibilities may also include repairing and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities
Operate heavy construction equipment such as motor graders, bulldozers, scrapers, compressors, pumps, derricks, shovels, tractors, and front-end loaders.
Excavate, move, and grade earth as required for construction projects.
Erect structures or pour concrete and other hard surface pavements.
Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Communicate effectively with team members to convey information and ensure safety.
Adhere to safety procedures and practices at all times.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience running, maneuvering, driving, and navigating equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, rollers, and front-end loaders.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Capability to perform physical activities such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma is strongly preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
