Job Summary
The Director of Undergraduate Academic Programs and Accreditation provides leadership and support for academic initiatives in the Strome College of Business. This role reports to the Associate Dean(s) and serves as a central coordinator for curriculum development, program assessment, academic policy, and accreditation. The Director plays a critical role in ensuring the college’s alignment with institutional standards and AACSB accreditation requirements while also supporting innovation, student success, and academic quality.

Minimum Qualifications
A master’s degree in Higher Education, Counseling, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field and experience in similar roles.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate quantitative and qualitative data.
Comprehensive professional experience in higher education, including experience with accreditation, assessment, institutional effectiveness, or academic program review.
Preferred Qualifications
PhD in Higher Education, Counseling, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.
Considerable experience in collecting, combining, and analyzing data for reporting purposes.
