Job Title: CNC Programmer
Job Description
The CNC Programmer is responsible for programming computer-controlled machines to fabricate parts from various materials based on blueprints and other instructions.
Responsibilities
Program numerically controlled (CNC) lathes, mills, and other equipment, including inserting tools, changing tool tips, and setting zero positions.
Ensure protocol and processes are adhered to at all times.
Complete routine visual in-process inspections of CNC work products.
Monitor production and maintain production records as needed, providing information to facility manager.
Complete manufacturing reports related to machined parts.
Assist in other work areas and perform all other related duties, as needed.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience with MasterCAM.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of CNC machining terms.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to perform basic math calculations sufficient to measure parts and perform inspections.
Strong attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Technical CNC training courses preferred.
Ability to work from specific verbal or written instructions and standard operating practices.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $101000.00/yr.
