Basic Job Functions:
The production scheduler is responsible for coordinating production schedules based on delivery requirements, determining work load for each bay based on product type and schedule needs. The successful candidate will work closely with every department on a daily basis to help manage revisions and unforeseen changes in schedule.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years office related experience
Experience using Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using SAP
Experience using Power BI
Experience using AI
