As our Senior International Tax Manager , you act as a key advisor in high impact M&A strategic transactions, working closely with the business and senior stakeholders to ensure risks are understood, opportunities are captured, and decisions are built on a solid tax foundation.
This is a high-visibility role, positioned at the center of strategic execution, where you deliver clear outcomes a compliant and future ready global structure that enables Danfoss to grow responsibly and sustainably across markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead end to end tax workstreams in buy side and sell side M&A projects, including cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders
Drive tax due diligence and deal structuring, delivering clear risk assessments that inform strategic and commercial decisions
Act as the single point of contact for tax in assigned M&A projects, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors
Manage pre- and post closing tax activities , including Day 1 readiness, integration planning and risk mitigation to ensure seamless execution
Contribute to broader tax structuring and strategic initiatives supporting Danfoss’ global growth agenda
What We're Looking For
A relevant master’s degree in taxation, accounting, finance, or a related field
Solid experience working with international tax matters in complex, cross border or transaction driven environments
Proven ability to drive projects end to end , manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver high quality outcomes
Strong communication skills in English , with the ability to translate complex tax topics into clear recommendations
A collaborative and accountable mindset , with the confidence to act as a trusted tax partner to senior stakeholders
