Description We are looking for a proactive Systems Analyst to join our team in Norcross, Georgia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can independently tackle challenges without requiring extensive guidance. Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret system requirements to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring security and accessibility.
• Collaborate with teams to perform system upgrades and hardware updates.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and network devices to maintain connectivity.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Assist in the creation of business requirement documents for system changes.
• Conduct regular troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Requirements • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in networking and IT support.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and system analysis.
• Familiarity with routing and switching technologies, including Dell 2022 and HP switches.
• Experience with system and server upgrades.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical problems.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SQL Server.
