Location/Division Specific Information: You will be working in our state-of-the-art manufacturing warehouse, supporting the production and distribution of critical scientific equipment and supplies.
How Will You Make an Impact?: As a Manufacturing Warehouse Material Handler II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout our manufacturing process, contributing directly to the timely production and delivery of our products.
What you will do:
Receive, store, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished products within the manufacturing warehouse
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts
Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper documentation and labeling
Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to manufacturing lines
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Required : Minimum of 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or supply chain environments
Preferred: Experience with inventory management systems and powered industrial trucks (forklifts/order pickers)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast- paced environment
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
Picking order in fluctuating temperatures
Capable of standing, walking, and operating material handling equipment for extended periods
Work environment may include exposure to moderate noise levels and temperature variations
