Description:

Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce all food items in accordance with Hyatt’s quality standards and specifications.
Set up the cooking line for daily meal service and properly break down and clean the station after service.
Cook and prepare menu items as ordered by the wait staff, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout all kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
Qualification
Prior experience or knowledge in pizza preparation is preferred
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
A desire to exceed guest's expectation
Refined verbal communication skills.
2 years of previous line experience is preferred.
A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
Able to work single station in the kitchen.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to work under pressure.
A calm and friendly demeanor.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
