WSP USA Senior Project Controller in Noida, India
We are looking for Senior project controls personnel to work within Advisory vertical and support our ME team. This role leads project controls delivery, supports program performance insights, enables effective decision-making for internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, leadership and extensive hands-on experience in planning, controls, forecasting and digital reporting.

Requires a demonstrated ability to effectively lead the project controls function on a small to medium sized project.
Performs cost to complete analysis on projects and re-forecast the adjustment within the systems. Evaluates costs requirements versus budget limitations.
Develop, review and maintain integrated project schedules. Facilitate schedule workshops with project managers and discipline leads. Reviews performance trends, prepares analysis and monthly project performance reports.
Develop and maintain invoice tracking system and support PM’s with timely invoicing, documentation and follow-ups.
Supports project manager in sub-consultant management throughout the project life cycle
Produce accurate and timely project reports and develop automated project dashboards for project performance monitoring
Prepares and assists in various levels of project reporting. Key contributor in the preparation of project reports following WSP way of working
Reviews performance trends, prepares analysis and cost impact and monthly project performance reports
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management or related field
10 to12 years of relevant experience in Project Planning and Controls
Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI and advanced MS excel
Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex portfolios
Experience in process automation, dashboard development or digital transformation.
