Primary Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end analytics for business problems: data extraction, analysis, visualization, and insights

• Design and deliver executive-ready dashboards in Tableau and Power BI

• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and KPIs

• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

• Partner with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making

• Mentor junior analysts and review analytical outputs for quality

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of reports

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field

• 6+ years of relevant analytics experience

Key Skills:

• Experience working with large, structured datasets

• Advanced Tableau and Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)

• Solid SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions)

• Business storytelling and insight communication

• Statistics and exploratory data analysis

• Stakeholder management and problem framing

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience working in enterprise or data-rich environments
