Role Expectation: Ownership + Team Leadership
Primary Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML products and platforms
Translate complex business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions
Architect ML systems including data, models, and deployment layers
Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers
Coordinate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams
Define best practices for model development, MLOps, and governance
Drive reliability, scalability, and business impact of AI solutions

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
8+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience
Proven track record of delivering AI products and leading teams
Key Skills:
Deep expertise in ML/DL, model architecture, and optimization
Solid system and ML solution design skills
Proven experience in production-grade AI systems
Leadership, mentoring, and delivery ownership
MLOps and cloud-native ML architecture
Stakeholder communication and execution focus
