Your role and responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP UX, you will assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting applications across various areas, including SAP BTP, SAP Portal, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SAP Mobile Platform (SMP), and SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services (SCPMs). This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Implement SAP Solutions: Assist clients in the implementation of SAP applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and meeting business requirements. • Support Client Needs: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns, and resolving issues related to SAP applications. • Select SAP Applications: Collaborate with clients to select the most suitable SAP applications that meet their business needs and goals. • Deliver Solution Integration: Integrate SAP applications with other systems, ensuring smooth functionality and meeting client expectations. • Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Required technical and professional expertise
• SAP Application Implementation: Exposure to implementing SAP applications, such as SAP BTP, SAP Portal, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SMP, and SCPMs, with a focus on seamless integration with existing systems. • SAP Solution Selection: Experience working with clients to select suitable SAP applications that meet their business needs and goals. • SAP Integration and Support: Exposure to integrating SAP applications with other systems, ensuring smooth functionality, and providing ongoing support to address client queries and concerns. • SAP Application Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP applications, including SAP BTP, SAP Portal, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SMP, and SCPMs, with an understanding of their capabilities and limitations. • Client-Facing Experience: Exposure to working with clients, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• SAP Cloud Platform Knowledge: Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services (SCPMs) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is beneficial for this role. • SAP Mobile Platform Experience: Familiarity with SAP Mobile Platform (SMP) and its integration with other SAP applications is advantageous. • SAP UI5 and Fiori Knowledge: Understanding of SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori, including their capabilities and limitations, is desirable.
