WSP USA Intermediate Professional, Project Coordination in Noida, India

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to support the project portfolio delivery of Geo Environmental Engineering consulting projects across Australia with a focus on working with the Regional Executives (RE) and Lead Technical Director (LTD). This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of project management processes, supporting project reviews, and maintaining operational cadence. The Project Support will also assist Key Account Managers (KAM) by preparing and compiling data related to sales, variations, feedback, and invoicing, ensuring the client portfolio is managed efficiently and effectively.

  • Regional Executive support:

  • Attend project review meetings with the REs to assist with action tracking and follow up.

  • Review of the project portfolio for red flags. Escalation of project issues.

  • Invoicing support for large client portfolios.

  • Review of pipeline portfolio for red flags such as overdue or pending due dates.

  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and client experience.

  • LTD

  • Act as the primary point of contact to organise and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting actions, and tracking progress on follow‑up items.

  • Coordinate Geo-Environmental training programs by scheduling sessions, inviting participants, liaising with presenters, and managing any changes to the timetable.

  • Prepare high‑quality presentation materials for internal audiences, client meetings, and external events such as conferences. This includes working closely with other WSP Business Units and key internal stakeholders.

  • Assist in the management of technical working groups and maintain up‑to‑date capability mapping for the team.

  • Oversee memberships in external technical communities and research opportunities such as seminars, conferences, and training courses that support technical development and business growth.

  • Support the Business Unit’s strategic objectives by preparing documentation, including progress reports for market sector engagement activities.

  • Maintain and update the Technical Geo-Environmental library to support ongoing technical development across the team.

  • Compile reports for client managers, including win‑rate summaries, sales insights, feedback consolidation, and annual national and global reporting packages.

  • Contribute to delivering excellent client service by helping to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. This includes gathering and analysing safety data and preparing monthly/quarterly performance trend reports

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

  • 5–10 years’ experience applying coordination or project/operations support skills.

  • Working knowledge of operational management principles (e.g., PMI framework).

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Experience in a consulting environment and/or PMP certification is an advantage.
