Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for business teams
Perform data analysis to answer recurring and ad-hoc business questions
Support senior analysts with data preparation and analysis
Validate data, identify anomalies, and ensure reporting accuracy
Document metrics, logic, and assumptions clearly
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field
2+ years of relevant data analysis experience
Exposure to business intelligence tools and structured datasets
Key Skills
SQL (intermediate to advanced)
Power BI and/or Tableau
Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
Basic statistics and analytical thinking
Data cleaning and validation techniques
Clear written and verbal communication
