EHS:
• Promotes EHS culture by proactively engaging, sharing, and going to Genba
Operational Efficiency:
• Ensures Construction & Commissioning processes are properly documented and updated
• Ensures C&C processes are known and applied, deploys and implements C&C audits to measure adherence to processes in the Regions and Projects
• Collects and compiles Lessons Learnt from Projects and Regions, consolidate and analyses, and implement improvements in C&C processes and practices to ensure continuous improvement.
• Responsible for the coordination and documentation of C&C Reference Solutions
• Identify and deploys relevant tools and processes to improve Site operations
• Monitors Regions operational efficiency through Key Performance Indicators like OTD, Say/Do ratio, …
• Supports Regions Competencies Ramp-Up by bringing his/her expertise and knowledge, support as needed the Trainings developments for C&C staff
• Coaches teams in the Region on C&C Best Practices
Mandatory Qualifications / Requirements:
Background / behavior:
At least 10 years of experience in Turnkey Projects Construction Management and/or Commissioning Management
o Strong EHS culture.
o Quality, Continuous Improvement, Six-Sigma experience is a plus
o Ability to manage by influence and navigate a matrix organization.
o Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork skills and autonomy.
o Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
o Experience in working in international environment and manage multicultural interactions
o Ability to navigate cross-functions and create a good rapport with other teams (Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Fleet Support, EHS, HR, etc.).
o Must be proficient in English.
• Technical:
o Knowledge of High Voltage Substations, HVDC or FACTS technologies is a plus
