Responsibilities
Lead the requirements gathering process by engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans that align with business objectives.
Analyze data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from various departments.
Develop comprehensive business models to support planning and execution of projects.
Ensure that all business analysis activities adhere to company standards and best practices.
Support the development of project plans by providing input on timelines resources and risks.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency.
Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.
Utilize strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in requirements gathering and business analysis with at least 8 years of experience.
Demonstrate expertise in strategic planning and process improvement methodologies.
Exhibit proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Show experience in facilitating workshops and meetings to gather and analyze requirements.
Be adept at developing business models and strategic plans to drive project success.
