Primary Responsibilities:
Lead an agile team within a Release Team/Value Stream
Accountable for team delivery, collectively responsible for end to end product quality
Closely work with Business/Product Stakeholders and translate requirements into effective solutions
Engage in the full software development lifecycle, with a solid focus on coding, testing, and debugging
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following engineering best practices
Participate in agile meetings, design reviews, test case reviews, and production support readiness reviews for new releases
Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and deploy new features
Optimize and enhance the performance of existing software applications
Communicate effectively and regularly with management and technical support teams
Support P1 Application DevOps & O&M activities
Demonstrates excellent problem solving skills

Required Qualifications:
B.Tech./MCA (Minimum 16 years of formal education)
6+ years of hands-on experience on UI & Backend Development
6+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar technical role
Hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer (FSE) with a solid understanding of micro-services architecture
Proficient with Angular, Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, Git, REST API, Splunk, MySQL, Postgres, Azure Cloud, AKS, GitHub Actions
Proficient with CI/CD tools such as Docker/Podman, Kubernetes/NoMad, and GitHub Actions
AI/ML - Python, LangGraph, LangChain, FastAPI, MCP
Solid grasp of core design principles for building scalable and maintainable applications
Demonstrate solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to support QA, UAT and release phases of the project via defect analysis & resolution
Effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven fast learner with a passion for exploring new programming languages and emerging technologies
Good in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable
