• Application Development: Design and build Canvas Apps in Power Apps to address business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Form-Based Solutions: Develop Power Apps integrated with SharePoint lists/libraries for structured data collection.
• Data Integration: Connect apps to data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server/Azure SQL, Excel, REST APIs, and on-premises systems via gateways.
• Workflow Automation: Create and implement Power Automate flows tostreamline processes, integrate with Power Apps, and automate report generation.
• Automated Reporting: Build workflows that generate and distribute reports triggered by form submissions.
• Dashboard Development: Create Power BI dashboards and reports for analytics and visualization.
• End-to-End Solutions: Deliver complete solutions combining Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate, and automated reporting.
• Performance Optimization: Apply best practices for delegation, performance, and scalability.
• UI/UX Design: Build intuitive, responsive interfaces with reusable components.
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct testing, debugging, and manage deployments across development, test, and production environments.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for apps, workflows, and data models.
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing applications.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience developing Canvas Apps with successful production deployments.
• Strong expertise integrating Power Apps with SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, including report generation from form submissions.
• Experience connecting to SharePoint, SQL Server/Azure SQL, Excel, APIs, and on-premises data.
• Solid understanding of Power Fx, delegation, offline patterns, and performance tuning.
• UI/UX skills for designing responsive interfaces and reusable components.
• Hands-on Power BI experience (reports, dashboards, data models).
• Experience automating report creation and distribution (PDF, Excel, email).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with custom connectors.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Blob Storage, and related services.
• Experience building mobile-first or offline-capable apps.
• Understanding of M365 governance, ALM, and solution lifecycle management.
• Experience with Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps.
• Knowledge of Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
• Experience with document generation tools (Word templates, PDFs).
• Experience creating multi-level approval workflows in Power Automate.
