Conduent App Dev & Support Engineer II in Noida, India

Position Overview

We are seeking a VB.NET developer who has worked on VB.Net /VB6.0, ASP.NET, and VBA programming.

Qualifications / Experience :

  • Bachelor’s/master's degree in computer science / computer engineering

  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in building enterprise scale windows and web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

  • 2-3 Years working experience of UI/UX designs including HTML5, CSS3

  • In-depth knowledge of design patterns and unit testing frameworks.

  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Understanding of security best practices in development.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities :

  • Work along with development team to estimate, design, develop identified features/modules

  • Design, develop, test and maintain web applications using .NET, VB6.0, VB.NET, C#, Web API, and ASP.NET.

  • Creates technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.

  • Analyzes codes to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.

  • Review app and feature coding and plan future website upgrades with the development team

  • Follow the Development and Process Standards.

  • Create/maintain documentation for the software development life cycle.

  • Establish good clear communication within the team and with other teams working on the product/application
