We are seeking a dedicated Project Controls Manager to serve as a critical contact for our customers during the implementation of projects with end users. This role involves managing project commitments related to installation, commissioning, site acceptance testing (SAT), and validation of large-scale projects across North America. The role requires significant engagement on-site at customer locations and serves as a vital liaison between customers and various teams, including the engineering and production teams based in Italy and the installation team.
Responsibilities
Manage project commitments related to installation, commissioning, SAT, and validation activities.
Serve as a liaison with customers and internal teams to ensure project success.
Coordinate site management activities for Radiopharma, Pharma, and Cell & Gene Therapy projects.
Oversee installation and commissioning, including SAT, IQ/OQ, and validation activities.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers to meet deadlines and handle pressure-filled conditions.
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Engineering, Nuclear Medicine, or Microbiology.
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is preferred.
Experience with Service Project Kick-Off meetings and Project Execution Planning (PEP).
Strong project management, budget management, and project execution skills.
Ability to work effectively with internal and cross-functional teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in industries such as Pharma, Food & Beverage, Industrial Automation, Oil & Gas, Chemical Plant, Automotive, or Paper.
Familiarity with technologies such as vision systems, data management, filling equipment, 6-axis robots, pick and place systems, and hot cells.
Work Environment
This role involves 25% domestic travel, with occasional travel to Italy. Main travel locations include Seattle, Salt Lake City, Indiana, and Philadelphia. When not traveling, you will be required to be in the Indianapolis area three days a week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining two days. The position offers a per diem of $75 per day and use of a company card for booking travel. The typical schedule includes two weeks on-site followed by one week off, with the potential for up to four weeks off.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.10/hr.
