ManpowerGroup Production Technician in Noblesville, Indiana

Our client, a leader in medical device manufacturing, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team responsible for the assembly, refurbishment, and repair of ultrasound machines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to work, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Noblesville, IN

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 1st Shift (Four 10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday)

What's the Job?

  • Support the manufacture, configuration, refurbishment, and repair of ultrasound equipment

  • Disassemble, clean, and repair system components as needed

  • Perform diagnostic and functional tests to verify system operation

  • Record test results and update device history records accurately

  • Identify and segregate products that do not meet quality standards and assist in corrective actions

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and instructions

  • Proficiency in using basic hand tools and troubleshooting equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
