How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead and mentor your team through active coaching and hands-on training to foster a culture of professional growth.
Direct daily operations at the practice site to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for every patient.
Drive team excellence by providing the consistent feedback and performance evaluations necessary for staff to succeed.
Collaborate on new services by participating in multidisciplinary committees to ensure clinical excellence during the rollout of new initiatives.
Guarantee patient safety by maintaining strict team compliance with all organizational policies and clinical protocols.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
What additional preferences we're seeking
Physician office management candidate with 2-4 years leadership experience preferred.
