Job Overview
Leads, coordinates and manages - with the staff involved - the planning, organization and implementation of projects in tandem with business goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
Monitoring of project scope, plans, costs, schedules, progress, deliverables, staffing and resource requirements.
Reviewing project designs, approved methodologies, resource allocation, and estimates; and suggesting improvements if any.
Managing project processes, delivery targets, deadlines, and compliance. Tracking overall project performance and productivity.
Addressing internal or external issues / impediments, ensuring smooth cross-functional communication (internal and/or external) and supervising team(s) of individual contributors and/or supervisor(s)
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
