Job Overview

Oversees the development, support and continued improvement of manufacturing processes and platforms.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible MPDE-Mold Engineering management and excellent Execution，DFM for Product/mold/ process , Mold design/building/debugging, sampling , molding process optimization, ramping up production, and Development process optimization and standardization.

2. Daily management and training for section-team, define job responsibilities and performance goals of team members, improve the team's technical and project management capabilities, and build an efficient tool development team.

3. Lead and drive MPDE Mold team for mold design and review, design optimization, mold-flow simulation, and technical problem quick trouble shooting and solution.

4. Lead and drive NPI Mold development and overall timeline control, costing, and cooperate with cross function team for project safe launch as project requirement.

5. Work with MPDE, Vendor and Cross function team to Achieve NPI New tooling, DOE Experiment for strategy project and strategy tooling development.

6. Lead and drive Mold process Fast Sample making capability improvement, mold Process capability prediction, Capex Optionality and Supplier Capability development.

7. Challenge high precision mold development technology, draft mold engineering technology development.

Roadmap and execution

8. Support to develop early test Capability for all NPI projects to assure zero defects at customer site.

What your background should look like

Qualifications:

1. College or above degree and engineering background, 10+yrs. High precision conn mold design/development, 3 year+ team management experience in Connector industry.

2. Proficient in the design principles and processing technologies of connector hsg mold and Over-mold

master mold design software such as CAD, Pro/e, or UG, and able to independently review complex tool design.

3. Good management and training capabilities, able to build team systems, stimulate team enthusiasm and improve the overall team capabilities, can work under high pressure.

4. Good cross-function overall coordination ability and communication skills, able to effectively solve cross-departmental communication problems.

5. Solid project management capabilities, able to rationally plan project milestones and effectively control project costs, quality and progress, good innovation consciousness.

6. General English communication skill.
