Nilc, Inc dba Nature's Image Maintenance Supervisor in Nixa, Missouri
Oversees all 5 lawn maintenance crews.
Directs and Supervises crews performing lawn maintenance work, including mowing, edging, string trimming, weeding beds, trimming shrubs, from Spring to Fall.
Directs and Supervises winter crews for new plant installations, hardscaping, lighting and irrigation installations, snow removal and ice control.
Trains new employees, and existing employees.
Makes sure employees are maintaining standards.
Conducts and Directs small on site equipment repairs.
Monitors customers yards, to make suggestions for new plantings, and improvements in irrigation matters and lighting problems. Work sites in the following locations in Missouri : Stone County, Lawrence County, Taney County, Greene County, Christian County, and Ozark County.
