ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant in Nitro, West Virginia

Office Assistant – Nitro, WV

Pay: $16.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

Dress Code: Business Casual

Our client in Nitro, WV is hiring a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys assisting customers, managing office tasks, and keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally

  • Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word

  • Maintain spreadsheets, data, and reports in Excel

  • Manage email communication, scheduling, and calendars in Outlook

  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry

  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with multi-line phone systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
