Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst
Summary:This is a finance position with both Global and Regional duties in the NAM Controllership Team with a full-time in-office work schedule. It is inclusive of a wide range of responsibilities not limited to: Assisting the NAM Controllers Group in monthly and quarterly close; Finance administration & accounting, oversight of Legal Fees, Inventory Reserves, and special projects as needed.
*Please note that this role requires onsite presence five days per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities Include:
Month End / Quarter End Closes:
Legal Fee Accruals.
IP Fee Accruals.
Term Discount Analysis and clearing entries.
Accrued Discounts & Allowances claim reserves.
Sales Eliminations/Clearings.
Inventory Reserves – Slow Moving Inventory, Capitalized Variance analysis.
Foreign Exchange translation management.
Assorted transaction duties.
Quality Control review of the Financial Statements.
Post Close Responsibilities:
AD&A Claims annual metric review.
Assorted Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
Quarterly Balance Sheet Review preparation.
Other:
Drive process improvement and capacity creation.
M&A Support as Necessary.
Special Projects.
Support Tax, Treasury and Operations Finance as necessary.
External Audit Support.
Internal Audit Support.
Strengthen Internal Controls with adherence to SOX compliance and initiatives:
Maintain and strengthen internal controls over accounting, reporting and reconciliations.
Comply with SOX initiatives, implementing additional controls for documenting accuracy of processes.
Develop and streamline processes, document procedures, and modify existing processes for new regulations.
Update or develop process documentation in compliance with internal controls and SOX compliance.
Enhance processes, gaining efficiencies through use of technology.
Assist with implementation/testing of Digitization team projects, such as MERP.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related subject.
5+ years of progressive financial accounting experience.
Strong General Accounting knowledge and analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities.
ERP expertise.
Detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to access current processes and streamline operations and develop alternatives for process improvement.
Willingness to accept ownership / responsibility.
Self-starter with ability to complete projects on-time, start-to-finish.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
The following are preferred for the role
Experience in a global multi-billion-dollar company.
SAP Experience.
Master’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related subject.
What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $74,700 - $109,560
The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable . Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
