This position is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and executing daily production & shipping to ensure safe and reliable operation in ONBP and works cross‑functionally with Operations, Technical , CSR ,LAB, maintenance to align production & shipping changes to meet the customers’ requirements.

  • Schedules daily production runs according to Production Plan and makes adjustments as needed.

  • Align schedule changes with Operations, Maintenance, and Technical ,CSR, Lab before implementation

  • Packing material management to meet daily production request, including empty drum, label, etc.

  • Issues Production orders

  • Coordinates with Operations, Lab, CSR and Technical, Maintenance team to ensure production are smooth

  • ISO tank arrangement to ensure production and shipping are smooth ,including in & out , loading.

  • Manage delivery orders OTIF

  • ISO tank arrangement to ensure no material shortage for daily operations, including in and out, heating, loading and unloading.

  • Management of raw material to ensure no material shortage for operations and no tank ullage issue for bulk material receiving

  • Management of in-house finished product warehouse, including cycle count, movement between in-house and outside warehouse, shipping, FIFO, etc.

  • Lead stock taking for bulk material and empty package

  • Variance analysis for stock taking

  • Relevant activities in SAP or other system

  • Submits accurate and on time reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required:

  • Production Planning: Plan vs actual

  • Plant Capacity Utilization

  • shift performance and production performance evaluation and reporting

  • Cycle count report and variance analysis

  • Operations KPI report

  • Monitors all aspects of operating costs in his area to ensure attainment of cost objectives through innovation and controlled spending. Is held accountable for cost management is his area.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above with more than 5 years of experience as role for logistics/supply chain in Oil/Petroleum/Petrochemical or Lubricant Additivities Manufacturing facility

  • Able to work in a cross-functional environment

  • Able to identify problems and provide solutions to solve the problems.

  • Positive working attitude and high accountability.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Strategic planning and influencing skills.
