This is a position providing daily field operation for production safe, reliable, and efficiency. 该职位负责日常现场操作，以确保生产安全、可靠、高效。

• Loading and unloading of hazardous chemical tankers: concentrated sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, alcohols, etc.Heating of bulk raw material ISO

• Weighing and guiding the vehicles of bulk raw material ISO

• 散装原材料ISO等车辆的称重和引导

• Completion and delivery of stocking sheets on time

• 及时填写并交付入库单

• Valve and pump operation in the tank farm

• 储罐区的阀门和泵操作

• Sampling: tanker truck sampling, drum sampling, storage tank sampling, etc;

• 取样：罐车取样、桶装样、储罐样等

• Measurement work, inventory checks

• 打尺作业、库存盘点检查

• Responsible for the operations of Phase II hazardous chemical production, Zinc Salt

• 负责二期危险化学品锌盐生产日常现场操作

• Responsible for operating furnaces and boilers, and must hold valid certification for the position

• 负责燃烧炉和锅炉的操作，并持证上岗

• Powder addition: phosphorus pentasulfide, zinc oxide, etc.

• Training of new employees on site and competency assessment

• 现场新员工的培训以及能力评估

• Vender supervision and management

• 承包商的监督和管理

• Preparation for standard operating procedures of SOP

• 编写标准作业操作流程SOP

• Standby for DCS operation

• DCS操作的备用

• Start up and shut down for on-site operations

• 开停车的现场操作

• Daily checks and inspections according to daily production requirements

• 根据日常生产要求进行日常检查和检验

• Daily production troubleshooting and incident report handling

• 日常生产故障排除和事故报告处理

• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job requirements：

• High school or above, or technical secondary school in chemical engineering

• 高中以上学历，或化工类专业中专以上学历

• Relevant experience in refinery, petrochemical or chemical industry is preferred

• 有炼油、石化或化工行业相关经验者优先

• Preference will be given to those with a boiler operator certificate.

• 有锅炉操作证者优先

• Positive working attitude and high accountability

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Accept shift work
