ManpowerGroup Machine Operator in Niles, Illinois
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in food production, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Niles, IL
Pay Range: $20
Shift: 4 Days per week, 10.5 hours per shift
What's the Job?
Set up, operate, monitor, and perform changeovers on production equipment across various operations.
Ensure equipment is ready for production start-up and sustained operation, maintaining efficiency.
Make process adjustments to ensure product quality, weights, and packaging standards are met.
Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and escalate issues when necessary.
Operate data coders and verify code accuracy and legibility on finished products and cases.

No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Ability to follow safety and GMP protocols diligently.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
