Reyes Holdings Cloud Solutions Manager in Niles, Illinois
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee the company's Cloud Initiatives and Application Development, managing the architecture and infrastructure for Product and Matrix teams while directing projects that utilize cloud-native, low-code/no-code platforms, mobile app development, and application integration
Lead cloud infrastructure development using IaaS and PaaS platforms
Manage day-to-day operations of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, Product teams, and business stakeholders to address technology needs and opportunities
Drive cloud optimization initiatives, focusing on cost-efficiency, performance, and security
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new tools or platforms aligned with business goals
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT or any engineering field with 4 plus years of experience in software engineering, application development or relevant IT experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of experience in software engineering, application development or relevant IT experience and 3 plus years management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, i.e., AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, etc.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native applications, low code/no code platforms, and mobile app development
Expertise in DevOps and agile methodologies with strong continuous improvement mindset
Experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment of food/beverage products
